PCI Pharma Services has appointed Salim Haffar as chief executive officer. He will take the helm of the contract service provider later this year. Mr. Haffar resigned his current post as president of AptarGroup’s Aptar Pharma, effective September 1, 2018, and will succeed Bill Mitchell.
